STRETCH FILM
Stretch Film is the highly stretchable plastic film and it is widely used for carton pallet wrapping and secure the cargo in transit handling and storage. It is made from Polyethylene, currently there are two types of stretch film: regular film and pre-stretched film. 
Pre-Stretch Film
Pre-stretched film is the process of expanded the length of the film to a percentage of it original length before it is wrapped onto rolls. This film rolled past two rollers and the second rollers’ rotational speed is faster than the first, thus stretching the stretch film.

Regular Stretch Film
Regular stretch film is un-stretched film and the costs is higher than pre-stretched film, but still has the ability to stretch after is placed on a film roll.

Although regular stretch film with a higher cost, but it can winds up more than pre-stretched film by using a powered stretch wrapper, you save money on film and overall lower operating costs.
